Come join us for one final metta chanting practice at Sambodhi Centre on Friday, 27 Dec 2013 from 8:30pm to 10:00pm.

The Annual 24hr Metta Chanting & Offering of Lights at Samadhi Vihara is on 28 Dec 2013 and Sambodhi is participating from 11pm to 12 midnight. Let's illuminate the world together.

You shouldn't chase after the past 
or place expectations on the future. 
What is past is left behind. 
The future is as yet unreached. 
Whatever quality is present you clearly see right there, right there. 
Not taken in, 
unshaken, 
that's how you develop the heart. 
Ardently doing what should be done today, 
for — who knows? — tomorrow death. 
There is no bargaining with mortality & his mighty horde. 
Whoever lives thus ardently, 
relentlessly both day & night, 
has truly had an auspicious day:

Metta Chanting Practice

The next Metta Chanting practice shall be held on Sunday, 15 and 22 Dec 2013 from 11am to 12 noon.

The Annual 24hr Metta Chanting & Offering of Lights @ Samadhi Vihara is on 28th December 2013 and Sambodhi's session is from 11.00pm - 12.00 midnight.

All are welcomed to participate in this meritorious activity!

Metta Chanting Practice

Metta Chanting Practice sessions shall be held on Sundays from 11am to 12noon on 8, 15 and 22 Dec 2013.

The Annual 24hr Metta Chanting & Offering of Lights  will be at Samadhi Vihara on 28th December 2013. Sambodhi's session is from 11.00pm - 12.00 midnight.

All are welcomed to participate in these meritorious activities!

Group Meditation and Metta Chanting Practice

The Group Meditation at Sambodhi for this coming Friday (6th December 2013) will be starting at 8pm instead of the usual time of 8.30pm.

In conjunction with our participation in the Annual 24hr Metta Chanting & Offering of Lights @ Samadhi Vihara on 28th December 2013 (11.00pm - 12.00 midnight), we shall be having the Group Metta Chanting Practice this Friday and on all Sundays. 

The agenda for 6 Dec 2103 is as follows:
08:00pm - 08:10pm : Puja
08:10pm - 08:45pm : Walking Meditation
08:45pm - 09:30pm : Sitting Meditation
09:30pm - 10:30pm : Metta Chanting Practice & Sharing of Merits

Subsequent Metta Chanting Practice sessions shall be held on Sundays from 11am to 12noon on 8, 15 and 22 Dec 2013.
