Do note that in conjunction with the upcoming meditation retreat with Sis Gin from 1st-5th November 2013, the group meditation for this coming Friday (1st November 2013) at Sambodhi is cancelled. 

 

The Friday Group Meditation shall resume next week.

Visit to Old Folks Home (13 Oct 2013)

The Sunday School Children together with their parents and members of Sambodhi will be visiting the Klang and Coast Chik Sin Thong Old Folks Home, Klang on 13th October 2013. Members are most welcomed to join this outing. The children will be performing line dancing and hymn singing and there will also be Qigong healing by some Qigong members for the inmates. Donations will also be handed out to the inmates as well as to the Home. Members who wish to contribute to this noble cause or join this event can contact Sis Ngim (H/P 016-6619649).

9.00am      Assemble at Sambodhi Centre
9.30am      Depart for Old Folks Home via own transport
10.00am    Welcome by Chairman & Members of Old Folks Home
10.10am    Speech & Presentation of Donations from Sambodhi
10.30am    Performance by Sunday Dhamma School Students & Brigitte Yew 
                (Line-dancing, Hymn Singing, Solo/Duet) 
11.00am    Qigong “Healing” session lead by Bro. Lim 
                Interaction among visitors and residents of the Home. 
12.00noon Lunch 
1.00pm     End of Event
