Announcements and Outing (9 June 2012)

There are no Dhamma Talks for the next 3 weeks due to school holidays. 
However we have organized an outing on June 9, 2012.

Venue : Tanjung Karang and Sekinchan
Purpose : Fellowship, Sightseeing and Seafood Dinner

Seafood Dinner : 
9 course dinner, Coffee along the way
- RM 40 / Adult & Children 12 +
- RM 25 / Children 12- 
(pay upon registration)

Note : 
- Drive on your own or arrange for Car Pool. 
- Bring Ice Box if you wish to purchase and keep fishes fresh.

Assemble at Sambodhi Centre for briefing at 12.30pm on June 9, 2012.
DEPART at 1.00pm sharp in convoy style.

We have invited our Spiritual Advisor; Chief Reverend B. Sri Saranankara to Sambodhi Centre for Blessing Service followed by Dana. This will be Chief Reverend's first visit since we moved in to this premise.

Sis Gin shared the Buddhist Cosmology with us last Sunday. She shall continue with more interesting stories with regards to the 31 planes of existence this Sunday.

Speaker's Profile
Sis Gavesini (Gin) became interested in Buddhism in the early 70's. She has practiced Insight Meditation under various renowned meditation Masters and regularly goes for intensive retreats. She also runs meditation classes for aspiring yogis in various Buddhist Centres including Setia Alam Sambodhi Buddhist Association.
